Our Story
Design Zone since 1998 is a multidisciplinary, architectural, engineering, and development consulting organization. The core team of Design Zone has a wide range of collective and broad-based expertise in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Turnkey Solutions, Engineering, Feasibility Studies, and a number of relevant areas and disciplines.
The key strength of Design Zone is its team members and associates who have worked and trained on projects of international recognition in terms of innovation, relevance with socio-economic changes, and cultural trends. The valued experience of its team strengthens the capability of Design Zone to respond to the stringent requirements of clients in terms of quality projects, feasibility studies, work output and performance, completion of assignments within budgeted cost and time schedule, financial discipline, regular progress reporting, monitoring, and strategic intervention to solve problems/issues, and post-completion support.

PERVAIZ A. MUGHAL
Principal Architect
Bachelor of Architecture from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Pakistan.
Diploma in Interior designing from School of Decor, Karachi, Pakistan.
Pervaiz A. Mughal is the force behind the team of Design Zone architects, with experience spanning over 30 years, they have put tremendous efforts in building this firm. Design Zone is not just a well-recognized firm throughout Lahore but also around Pakistan for its aesthetic architectural and functional designs. The firm also offers project management and engineering solutions. Pervaiz Mughal has worked on renown residential and commercial projects with both locally and global companies. He has worked on Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore and Holiday Inn Crown Plaza, Karachi. Furthermore, he worked on projects for Agha Khan Housing Board, Karachi. He later established Design Zone in 1998 and has been working as its Principal Architect ever since. Furthermore, he has active academic affiliations with School of Architecture at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) as a former lecturer and School of Art, Design and Architecture (SADA) at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) as a jury member.
